Female spotted hyenas have a "pseudopenis" complete with false balls. It’s so realistic that the ancient Greeks thought they were hermaphrodites. This makes mating very awkward and makes giving birth even worse for them. Not many furry hyenas have them, though. When they are drawn, the artist often assumes they are futas, which isn’t how real spotted hyena pseudopenises behave at all. Despite their appearance, female spotted females are still female and the PP retracts into a sort of short sheath for mating.
