In every campaign I've ever played, invisibility only extends to your immediate person. I've been able to track invisible monsters by their blood spilling on the ground before, and if you drop an item while invisible it appears on the ground as soon as it leaves your hand. Generally it's up to the DM to decide the extent the spell reaches.

Invisibility is an illusion spell in both DnD (these are DnD characters) and Elder Scrolls.

It's depends on what make you invisible. If it is your skin then they will see any liquid coming out from your body but if everything inside you also invisible then nothing would be seen

But mostly if the skin can't reflexes light nothing would see you only the dust and some dirt floating as a figure or the shape

Greater Invisibility only lasts 1 minute. Good luck finishing in 1 minute!
