I noticed about a half year ago someone made a 3D Printable STL Model based on this piece from Smileeeeeee which is based on a real photo.
I think you need a Resin 3D Printer for these types of sculpture for the best result.

The Modell is in 6 parts: basement, body, head. tail, tree1 and tree2.
