Commissioner's description:

"The Great Sea of Sand is the name of a large continent, almost entirely made up of deserts, canyons and occasionally oases. The continent is shaped much like a U - in the middle and at the bottom of this U lies a large, vast city located on the edge of the sea called 'Shrine'."

"Heavens Arch"

-Is the name of a 'great bridge' that stretches over the sea inside the dip of the U-shaped continent, from the left tip, to right (these points being named Lee, to the left, and Rah, to the right). Travelling on top of the miles-long bridge is forbidden, as well as travelling underneath it... Terrible creatures, magic's and un-worldly things live on the opposite end of the bridge, through it's arches, and so no citizen of Shrine, or any other town, must pass through them. It is believed they were made by 'Colossi', large, stone beings that the people of Shrine worship.

"Shrine and Desert Watchers"

The city looks very Roman; marble homes and roads, statues, a palace and even an Arena. Shrine thrives off armour and weapon making, theatre-plays, fishing and Arena-games - people from all around the world sail over seas for these things, especially the games. This is how Shrine manages to keep alive.

Broad, is a Desert Watcher - gladiator-like warriors that use wooden Sand-Gliders to literally 'surf' across the desert, using sails and heavy winds the desert brings to move. A desert watchers job is to go past under the archs of Heavens Arch, to ward off any unwelcome beasts, Insect-People from Lee and Rah, and even explore old ruins.

Oh me, always adding lore to my characters....

Anyway, this is a -great- piece done by Twinkle! He likes how it came out, and so do I! Especially the colours and detail in the background, which also inspired me for the 'Heavens Arch' part of the lore!

He likes his women, like all my characters >:I So if you find yourself being a curvaceous, plump or cute insect, snake, or avian, then you're in for some grand 'ol luck...
