News: Feb 26, 2025 Show

Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

  • Let me guess…

Other attempts to destroy the entity or periodic escape attempts resulted in the end of the third through sixth ages, reducing the planet to its current size of X% its original size. Additional damage was done to the other cores, rendering some parts unusable. The rest of the universe has been absorbed, and the next event is expected to destroy the remainder of the planet.

    How’d I do?

I actually checked back to make sure there were even stars left, because the idea of being one of the only objects left in the entire universe with it all being eaten up is quite frankly, terrifying.
(Luckily, there are stars in some pages)

  • Why do I have a strange feeling that Fen might have to sacrifice herself to save the entire universe? Nevermind... I watched waaay too many animes and movies.

  • Honestly, after everything else... I almost want the next page to just be Fen going to hold Vix and not hearing the exact assessment ourselves. Because right now, I have to think she and their kid are top of Fen's mind.

What a world to bring a kid into.

That child is going to hear some awesome stories before it turns out that the stories were true

Well according to our science, light still takes time to travel, to the star MAY be gone in the universe, but their light will still be traveling and we could still see them despite them no longer exsisting.
