I see what is going on here. Here I go, pointing out the (what seems to be) obvious again: The artist drew giant, colored versions of the X and Y form Unown to make a pun about the upcoming games Pokemon X and Pokemon Y. To accentuate the pun, he/she put the three new starters in the picture.
