tbf, the initial GIF version was surprisingly badly created from much more compressed twitter MP4, so technically speaking the post #3079327 was superior quality.
However that version had additional visual compression to pixiv source as well, so just redid this as GIF (the ugoira does have dithering and limited color palette, so it was most likely uploaded as GIF there) and replaced this post version with that instead.

WebM version would still be acceptable, but I would want to see it not be compressed at that point.
