Couldn't be a more appropriate site than e621. So I'm pretty sure Fiddle would be okay with this. The actual reason why it's timed with the drama, is probably because many people never heard of her before the cancel cascade. In a weird way by cancelling Fiddle they actually made her MORE popular.

What you posted doesn't read as "actually its fine if you do this" it reads more like "Well, since it will get made no matter what I say I don't want to see this shit so keep it where I won't see it" based on their previously expressed feelings on the topic.

And while I'm at it I just want to add that I actually don't personally care if nsfw exists of the character - i just think it shows how devoid of any real morals this "community" is that racism is a no-no but rape is just fine apparently. People love to pretend to care only to participate in awful shit themselves and its sleazy af.
