This is, as far as I know, the one and only art of Lya on the site where she's marked as an andromorph/trans and such. TWYS is a mess and the comments will always argue. It's best to just appreciate the art and roll with it.

e621 does have problems with female kobolds. classically they are flat chested, often with no nipples and generally short. Sometimes kinda manly (or at least "not feminine enough") and wearing stuff not covering the chest. tags often end up being "young", "loli", "andromorph" or "genital_slit with male". I guess that's why more and more people are drawing them with medium, if not large breasts, which I'm not a fan of. If I wanted to see that I'd search reptile and large_breasts together.

Also huge hips/butt/thighs are getting more popular with female kobolds too, I'm not sure if it helps with getting them tagged female over andromorph
