And the truth was, nobody knew.

There were no rumors. No passing comments about corruption, no speculation about Nook’s strange behaviors. Nobody had the slightest clue…

...what a total bottom bitch Nook was.

It wasn’t his fault. He hadn’t always been that way. He was a very successful tanuki, after all, yes. Everything was rather stable in his life. A straight-shoot, authentic business animal, who played by the rules and made sure everybody could taste a piece of the pie.

People had, in the past, made jokes that he’d take housing in exchange for special favors, but it was all in good fun - if anything, an expression of good faith to the storekeeper. He’d never stoop so low - after all, he was never one to take advantage of his island friends.

Teddy knew that too.

Tom Nook, deep down, suspected something when the big, cutesy bear man invited him over for dinner. It had been quite forward, and it really wasn’t all too often that the island villagers asked him for his company.

But, it was always wrong to assume, and Teddy was always such a kind, gentle person - to which effect, it would be downright rude to reject his proposal, yes?

But the villager’s flirtatious behavior at dinner made his intentions rather clear. Yet, Nook did little to shut it down, or resist them. Perhaps Nook was lonely. Maybe it was nice to feel wanted. He’d never been hit on before, after all…

Perhaps he shouldn’t have let it escalate. Just a little bit of discomfort, and Teddy would have stopped. But his curiosity was getting the better of him. Maybe Nook had actually wanted what the bear was selling.

Teddy’s body, pressed against his. Those warm breaths. That bastard grin. Nook hadn’t resisted in the slightest. He knew what was coming.

“Don’t you need a little bit of chaos in your life, Tom?”

Tom’s pupils dilated, his heart began thumping. That squishy, fat mass pressing against him, pinning him down against the floor, as if a pillow were entrapping him - ensuring he stayed right where he was.

If he could bring it back to any instance, any single point in time, that was it - the very moment where he learned of his uncontrollable, unwanted yearnings for a man’s touch - to be used, and played with, and commanded - to relinquish all control, all stability - to another.

He could not express how the warmth of Teddy’s sweat made him feel, dripping across his face, his body, coating him in a sauna like fog which he could not escape. It wasn’t that he thought he wanted it, yet his body seemed incapable of letting him resist.

That was the first time a man had ever made him hard. The first time contact with another person had ever driven him to erection. The first time another person had seen his reddened face. The first time anybody had ever seen Tom Nook - the most confident, successful person on the island - so weak, so readily submissive.

Teddy was in control. He knew he was, because Tom would let him. At every step, every opportunity, the tanuki had allowed this to continue. Teddy was not surprised. He knew a bottom when he saw one. He knew needy. He knew a healthy, stable person who needed excitement. The way a man would break at the introduction of the simplest chaotic element.

This chaos would not end in the bedroom. Teddy wouldn’t let it stop there. He would push the shopkeeper - push them to further embrace this need. Every moment, living in the shadows, Teddy would exist within Nook’s mind. Further disrupting the balance of their wobbly-knees, until Tom could no longer bring himself to stand up.

And perhaps there was some form of love here. The kind of love that always developed from the needs of a mutually beneficial relationship. Tom came to love the man whom he dared to call “master”, and Teddy, the adorable, hidden Tom. The Tom only he knew existed.

A Tom Nook who could no longer ignore the call of the void that so lovingly whispered his name. A Tom Nook who would cum when he was told to cum. Who would readily let the peaceful stability he had worked so hard to attain crumble at the whims of a teddy bear.

It didn’t matter if Tom ever became regretful. If he ever became fearful of what he had allowed into his life. He wasn’t in control any longer. Teddy was. And Teddy loved being in control. Teddy always loved to make his plaything cum and moan, and beg, and whine. No matter when it was. No matter where he was.

Whether he liked it or not, every day was going to be a new adventure. And one day, it would become so obvious - so painfully clear to the other villagers, that Tom’s normal, healthy lifestyle - had, at some point, become an illusion. A veil, concealing a lifestyle that he’d never needed to have in the first place.

And when that happened, he wouldn’t be a shopkeeper any more. He wouldn’t manage the island. He wouldn’t have the respect of his fellow villagers. No longer would he be a successful entrepreneur, or have any stake in the development and growth of the community he’d created.

He would just be Needy Nook. Teddy’s slutty, useless pet.

And nothing more.
