I hate to sound like a whiner, but would you like to guess how this appears on a vertically-oriented display? When I fullscreen this, it's a tiny postage stamp in the middle of a huge black screen.

You should find a way to encode this without forcing black bars on the sides, so the device displaying the video can fit as best it can to whatever display it's being played on.

My original upload was like that, but e621 doesn't handle it very well at all.

We literally straight up embed the file you upload as is, so if there's a problem with the post, it's because the file you uploaded had a problem. And I can double confirm it was problem with encode, so either your encoding settings were incorrect or something corrupted during encode, meaning that it needs to be re-encoded.
Additionally your e621 upload was 1080p stretched to something higher, where xvideos upload is 1280p with watermark and worst overall visual quality (but tells me that the video should've been above 1080p originally?) and pornhub version is now 1080p with much worse visual fidelity.
(do note that "p" means progressive lines, not 1920x1080 but any resolution with 1080 vertical pixels, 1920x1080 is simply 1080p for 16:9 aspect ratio, which this video is not)

We aren't video hosting website, we do not transcode the uploads and put on scrolling watermarks on them. We only sample them (dropdown below the the post, similar to image uploads).

Depending on your software, try checking if DVD compatibility, non-square pixels or anamorphic settings are enabled and disable all of them.

"Public Release means the date on which Supplier makes a version of a Product generally available to all Customers for installation and use for production rather than testing."

There was an internal release for testing, and now there is a 1.0 accessible to public. It doesn't mean it's free, I'm sorry. Edit: I've changed the wording on my page to make this clearer.

I've got demo versions for Judy and Gadget, but smaller games like this will have to wait until they have a lot more content to make a demo sorry. Sometime in the future :)
