Proably she just has to get a new one. Given the average lifecycle of those things, it's likely a pretty regular occurance.

You are right, the lion keidran is just a vessel, but so is the lantern/smartphone. Her true self is the light/flame floating around. She is a Will-o'-the-wisp, so the truth is that she has no tangible body at all.

It's quantum entanglement with a proximity field. Hollow is the more aloof side of Willow (Basically her subconscious). They are still the same entity. Just pray we never see her monster from the Id.
