The artist made the gif for the sake of not uploading multiple submissions on Furaffinity (since that website sucks unlike Inkbunny which allows you to post multiple versions into one submission instead). It has nothing to do with how it's being uploaded here on E621, I just found neat to upload the gif here as well, since it looks like phases of her expression in a full scene anyway.

Or it's as easy as this. Removed animated tag and make sure there is a sideshow tag added.

I haven't looked at every other slideshow on here. Honestly it has a lot to do with not searching for slideshows. I'm searching "animated rating:explicit" . I complain, as many others do, when things show up on that list that should not be there.
