Because Jack-O was recently announced DLC for Guilty Gear Strive. Even though Jack-O has been doing this pose for years and years, ever since Xrd, Strive is selling like mad and is incredibly popular.

The problem is is how long that top is. You should still see some of it after her hair or if it's loose some of it should be laying across the floor. Neither of these things happen. Half her top disappears into thin air. It basically switches from being a spaghetti strap top to a bra.
