    They seem to have this idea that GIF = SD, MP4 = HD, so they really often release free versions as GIF, because GIF = SD. Which ain't exactly the deal and all you get is extremely bloated filesizes with bit more clarity in favor of less color detail.
    Also with Twitter, the compression for MP4 files is much higher than it is for GIF files, so they could've seen that?

    Regardless, making 30 MB GIF into 20 MB GIF, this post is not the way to do it, cut down on both color detail and framerate and in a way that everything is just straight up bad.
