You're right, I didn't even notice that. Fixed at post #2913006. But seriously, this stuff doesn't come natural to anyone. Audio and video editing are very different and specialized skill sets.

Well, based on your argument I'd say that if said store has in display and sells more liquor than any other thing that store is considered not a grocery store but a liquor shop, it might sell chewing gum and chips as well but that doesn't make it a grocery store.

*Not to mention that this website has an SFW verion which implies that the Not SFW version is well... NSFW and I don't see enough gore/violence in this site to justify it being NSFW because of gore/violence.

The furaffinity would also be NSFW pornsite, because 90% of the front page and what people post there is pornographic, but then somehow that website is allowed to be used by anyone 13 years or older instead of 18 only.

Ah but there's a catch, FA requires you to activate the NSFW mode whle this beautiful page we found ourselves in on this beautiful day doesn't; What was first the nsfw or the NSFW site (2007) or the SFW site (2009)? Wouldn't you know, it was the one full of porn.

Pls do have in mind that most of the cases related to those pics wouldn't pose any kind of legal threat to a furry art archive just like FA (which has the same level of age confirmation as e621) and some other websites; if we want to call e621 a furry art archive then it wouldn't have any problems with non suggestive SFW pictures made by minors since we could then say that e926 is the main website while e621 would only be an extension of said page that can only be unlocked if you are an adult, but wouldn't you know, e926 is an extension of e621.

Let's be honest, the reason you guys insist to say that the page is an art archive and not a porn site at all is most likely for some kind of legal reason, if so just say that, you don't have why to be discussing with a lot of your users who know this isn't a simple art archive; for god's sake, neither the admins nor janitors can't be taken seriously when they claim that e621 isn't a porn site why having NSFW pfp's.
