What's your source? This and post #2906157 have resolution and size that don't match the source, they are also PNGs. While the posts that got flagged as being inferior match their sources.

Maybe they commissioned Nova-Umbreon? But if it was the case wouldn't the artist state at the source that it's a commission?

I am indeed the original artist, unfortunately though my old account was banned due to past comments I made (even though they weren’t offensive) so I had to make a new one, with a different name,

They have a handful of unique descriptions on their uploads where they refer to themselves as the artist too, such as the alt to this picture as well as post #2873675. Either they're nova-umbreon or a big phony; I'm betting on the former.
