From what I can tell, this horse's last diet involved someone practicing BDSM or such, as can be seen from what appears to be a ball gag and cuffs.

I feel sorry for the sap that has to clean up after him.

probably some drunk dudes wanted to have fun with some unfortunate kid by stuffing him in the horses ass.
