It makes sense to make link a zora, since he's married multiple zora princesses throughout the years. But I don't know of any good reason to make zelda a rito other than they're the other 'furry' race. There might be a good idea in skyward sword but I never played it.
This is a good concept. It’s interesting to see her hairstyle done through her feathers and her coloration. Not to mention, the markings of the Royal Family crest. Very cool! Wouldn’t mind seeing other characters in a similar light.
