I feel like in place of that, Moxxie might have said something like "Oh crumbs Loona, Stop!" As the line that is there just doesn't match his diction. and if that line doesn't work better than I think he'd just wince and not really say anything.
And also the second line I think should be changed, the one that goes "Loona your mouth feels so great". Honestly, I'd just remove that line/inner thought.

All that said, the art is amazing. I've been following this comic forever it feels like.

Aye, fair enough. I see a real life explanation is unnecessary. Though, my point still stands, this dialogue isn’t good. The unneeded sentences and announcement of inner thoughts is a major turnoff.
