MemberRecolor had nothing to do with Sonic. Was just a more forrest instead of a shadow theme. Regardless its not illegal anywhere. Would be a 'civil' issue not a 'legal' issue in any country where it would apply. And even there its only a civil issue to do something for profit. Fan art / fair use wins.
