Not really, the way by which the leg and torso are suspended would get painful rather quickly.

I'm less certain of that than you seem to be. There are a lot of elements here I'd use, and intend to use soon, as a rigger. I don't do suspension, just because of the incredible safety issues, but for art? This is top notch. The only improbable thing I see is that loop at the side of her breast. No knot, no visible means of attachment, just a loop of rope. For the rest, I can follow the lines, and see where the knots should be. That also, for scale, looks like it should be 1/2 inch rope, and if that torso support is knotted properly, snug but unable to tighten, as well as the supporting and stabilizing arm and leg... well, I wouldn't do it myself, but I've seen a lot less convincing suspension in person.

she can straighten her torso by bending her elbows and her hip muscles should be strong enough to hold either leg at whatever angle is comfortable
