Eevees are intentionally designed by gamefreak to evoke fox, cat, rabbit, and dog imagery, intentionally looking like most small, cuddly, childhood pets, all at the same time. Of these animals, only dogs have this shape of pussy. Cats, rabbits, and foxes, just kind of have a featureless opening there.
I don't think that the person who was commenting was implying that it SHOULD have been a cetacean vagina, just that it was their own personal gripe, and doesn't really deserve to be downvoted into the floor. How people interpret the post, and what they literally typed, are two different things.
