Lowland Streaked Tenrec

I was browsing through the list of critters as they came in, and I knew the second I saw this one that I'd be doing something with it. I have to admit, I've heavily stylized or downright made up half the anatomy on this critter, but I still think it's pretty cool. :P Google it to check it out!
Didn't really have any ideas in mind when doing this, just knew I wanted to play with the species. As a result, the pose is very unoriginal and the background is kinda bleh, but I think on the whole it's not too bad a picture. Hopefully somebody out there'll think she's a neat little critter.
I'll be adding this to the list of available paintings on the off chance anybody is interested in this or any other painting I've got laying around.
