Thanks. Changed that tag to character category.

How you change a tag to character category (using bluizer_buiz for this example):
1) click on "?" to the left of character name (example: "bluizer buiz")
2) click "Edit Tag" link (near top of page)
3) click below "Tag: bluizer_buiz" and "Category", and click on "Character"
4) click on "Submit" button.

(OR you
1) go to tag page (currently https://e621.net/tags )
2) use Search to find the character name
3) click on "edit" link to right of character name
4) click below "Category", and click on "Character"
5) click on "Submit" button.
