I like how they put in what appear to be the Marquis de Lafayette, Casimir Pulaski, and perhaps the Baron von Steuben there by Washington. And I can only assume that fox with the straw hat in the background is Francis Marion, the "Swamp Fox".

Definately von Steuben. the Prussian Czapka, military appearance, and German Shephard physique kind of proves that one.
