I don't like touching the tags, especially when I'm not 100% sure of something, but I think that "Mr. Dude" poster in the middle-left edge of the picture is supposed to be a Geodude Pokemon.

I think that's half-true – it looks like the result of one of those "mash two Pokémon together" things, specifically Mr. Mime + Geodude = Mr. Dude
Hence, a pink Geodude with Mr. Mime's face
