No, he's saying that people talking about their sex lives like it's last night's football game puts him off. Presumably, they do it a lot at furry gatherings, hence why he rarely attends them.

Indeed, one of the other major reasons is when furries take something I said, take it as a personal attack on their furry existence, and totally throw it out of context....

Furries get a bit too focused on sex. I had to start avoiding the ones I know because everything they said was "did I tell you about the time I took it in the butt 2 days ago".
