It's doggy style or from_behind_position. The only reason it looks different from the usual doggy style is that his arms are bound so he's not on his hands and knees, but instead on his front (note the on_front tag). This image is a more traditional doggystyle post #94833

Also, the bottom could get on their front the same way without bondage, that image I shared would be similar to this one if the bottom would just fold their arms and rest on them (or have their arms at their side) with their rear in the air.
