    Illegal acts between a REAL person and a REAL animal are against e621's posting rules. As long as it is ART, drawn and or animated, it is allowed to be posted on the website. If you don't like it, although this is one of the tamer things on the website, please use the blacklist. It exists for a reason.

    Technically, but if both parties understand one another and can give consent there's no harm, no foul as far as I'm concerned. There's no comparison between real world animals and animated characters given human-level intelligence - it's a non-issue as they simply don't exist (sadly).

    Late to the party, and I know this was probably unintentional, but please don't reframe us banning a serial ban evading troll into a different matter. It's easy enough to do the damage. Significantly more effort is needed to undo it.

    Most people don't look past the surface level - they just see a comment and a banned user. That's the sort of person who pointed me to this comment section, and likely the same sort who brought you here as well.

    There's already enough work to go around without unnecessary misunderstandings - incidents like these, if/when they blow up, are just discouraging. Have some mercy. Don't play into the trolls' bullshit.
