Fair enough, not the case here though. The smaller is a cat and the larger are wolves. If you've ever seen a house cat and a wiled wolf I think you can see why the one might seem small by comparison to the other.

This is quite the well-made comic. Good use of size-difference.

I've removed the young and age difference tags from this post, I know the artist and each character pictured in this image personally and I know that each character is 26-27 years of age. It's a Banded Linsang and 2 Wolves so of course one of the characters is gonna be a lot smaller, small does not equal cub and the artist has already stated in the comments above that he will never draw cub.

Except as I said before, small does not mean young. Say for example someone were to draw Nick Wilde at his canon height which is 4' getting railed by their 10' Werewolf OC, does that automatically mean it'd get tagged as young or cub? Most likely not since people know his actual age, I guarantee you the tag what you see rule is ignored all the time and no one bats an eye.

Anyway, I'm far too stubborn to let this go and I will continue to argue it to the very end so before my account gets possibly striked or perma banned by the staff here I would like to say again for anyone that sees this at any point in the future. The artist of this piece has explicitly stated that he will never knowingly draw NSFW artwork depicting characters under the age of 18 so no matter what the tags on the e621 post say, the characters will always be 18 or above.

I've had a couple instances where people were doing this. I was just thinking about posting on the forums to talk about what the threshold is for "back and forth tag changing" or something. Because there is at least 8 posts that I've liked in the past that were very obviously not cub, was posted on FA, etc, and someone still went and changed it. At that point, I just unfavorite and go to the source and fav it there. Too many friends of mine know about my account and I don't want to have them see cub stuff on it and think that I'm some pedophile. Which I'm not.

That's a good idea honestly, I went through all my favs on e621 and FA recently and removed everything off my favourites except for a select few things that I really really liked cause my preferences have changed and also there was stuff in them that I no longer like and have learnt is bad and do not wish to be associated with in any way. If things don't get sorted out then Dumderg will more than likely have the post taken down since he understandably doesn't wanna be associated with pedo stuff and it sucks it has to come to that, especially considering this is his most upvoted post to date.

Thank you!! A simplistic comic style has been working wonderfully with these animated pages, and animations in general come to that! I am highly anticipating doing more! Nothing makes me happier than drawing happy fluffy things

This is invalidating multiple areas of sexuality, along with a handful of disorders. Im demisexual and have light aspergers (along with a couple other things), so when I happen to be more into the connection and actual age of an individual because they have to do with overall story and personality I express it with how I have figured out how to draw, which was by reading things like Calvin and Hobbes and Skottie Young comics. I am not attracted to physical appearance in any way since what I like is how well they can be responsible and their overall character as a person. ^w^ I am sorry that you feel this way, so perhaps you should just not click on what feels like my style of art.

To the guy argueing this should be tagged cub because of WHAT THEY SEE:

1. So if it's tag what you see, I urge you to take a look at the second panel... That's an awfully long d*ck for an underage character don't you think?
If you actually thought cubs have reproductive organs half their body size, then I've got some news for you buddy....

2. If the artist themselves states that, what you're tagging is not what they drew, then it isn't up for YOUR INTERPRETATION if that is true or not.
If however that is what the majority interprets it as, you can tag it that way. That is what the tags are for.
Don't use tags to force your personal beliefs on others, or you will keep getting banned (rightfully so)

Technically- young and cub are 2 different things, one is appearence/body type, one is age, so it could be tagged as that and then adult(lore) be added
