I'm very late for this, but that tag list is very fucking impressive and dedicated. Kudos.

Looks like Romanian alphabet without ș and ț and reminds me of Jumpstart Romanian alphabet song. What is also interesting is that each alphabet corresponds to a pokemon. I also like how Mandibuzz shapes her wings as an "M".

Interestingly, one of the moves for "X" would be "X-Scissor" in anime.
