They probably call him "little brother" because he kinda at a younger maturity then them.

Out of curiosity and boredness i approximated the height of the sister including the ones of Jin and Keiko.

TL:DR
Jin is about 175cm / 5,74ft
Keiko about 150cm / 4,92ft

The Sisters approximated to be: 154,875cm / 5,08120ft
with a Max height of: 155cm / 5,085ft to 157cm / 5,15ft estimated.

I can post a more detailed path of the calculations in the future if some interest exists.

I think it's because he's at a younger mentality, I mean look at the recent like 10 pages and you'll see that he got hit with reality by minami when she looses her shit, then he goes on to apologize to his sisters who where I guess his true love.
