MemberAs an incidental from actual biology, most (possibly all - I need to do more research) species that have litters also have the option of more than one father impregnating different members of the litter. This is why so many species have a variety of ways for their males, or sometimes females, to make sure their sperm gets in and the sperm of others males is worked out, like the "bell end" of a human penis, the medial ring of a horse's penis, and the knot of a canine. Of course there are exceptions, such as male cats, pigs, and most ruminants, so for one male to ensure they're the daddy they have to fight off all comers the hard way rather than on the anatomical level.
In other words, this mama wolf could indeed be getting pregnant again, even this late in the game (less likely, but not off the table), and there's no telling who the daddy might be.
