Welp, so the alt edit version of this got deleted (despite having a higher score) along with all the other Kx2 edits I uploaded today.

Kx2 provides the source clips for each project (including some unused clips/angles) to their patreons and encourages them to make their own versions, it's a shame if none of them are allowed on site, regardless of quality. These animations are designed to be set to music and it's nice to see different, sometimes improved versions with new angles. It's not the same thing as uploading a zonkpunch video with music playing over it.

This might be a stupid question, but why would the edits not be allowed? Posts like post #2712672 exist, which are edits not done by the artist. Unless the policy is different for animated content or something, I can't really think of why they wouldn't be allowed. (Again, maybe I am stupid though.)

Currently talking with the janitor that removed them, the reason being:

Problem here is that it's essentially the same animation, but a different director. At this point it's technically speaking the same content, but there has been someone else who basically remixed the content and how I ruled on this was that this isn't too dissimilar to people remixing comics, where they rewrite all the dialogue and might alter panel placements. These comic remixes have already been pretty directly disallowed under uploading guidelines. There has also been AMV level and JOI video uploads where people remix and match the rhythm of existing content and these have also been deleted.

However, there's a chance that some might be put back up as they include some angles and content that aren't in the original versions, we'll see, it's up to an admin decision. For example the edit version of this animation has some submissive pov shots and closeups that aren't in the video up above.
