All approved means is that it doesn’t take up your upload limit and enough approved means your upload limit increases.

unfortunately they removed spyro x cynder I don't know why. It is not very clear how approval is determined.

I think here you either need to change the moderator here or change the approval rule. because you can just delete the work, just because.
