Truly overpowered

Some people literally just turn over and are gone. I feel envy.

I learned how to do that in the Army, my significant other hates me for it...sometimes there were just no available/usable beds, cots, etc. and you end up sleeping on a tank or in a random hole in the ground.

I'll sleep with the light only to wake up 4 hours later to turn off the light then sleep again

There is a second I feel higher power if you can sleep in loud rooms or areas

Some people actually sleep with their light on! I'm one of em. Mostly because the last time my light was off I thought I had gone blind because it was dark in my room upon waking up.
