I believe I understand. An Oven's primary goal is to heat food, correct? So why is it called an Oven (of in) when you place the cold food inside (of IN) and cook it, until you take the now hot food out (of OUT) of the device to then consume it? If the main goal is to heat it up to take it out, why is it called an Oven (of in) and not an Ovout (of out)?
