A mace or hammer, much better. The mace has traditionally been a symbol of authority. Offers lots of bang for your buck, and good for smashing knees and skulls.

Rapier might be more suited for Luna. Small, subtle, not too flashy, yet still conveys some amount of authority or royalty. It is the weapon of the officer and the elite.

In that way, one of traditional Polish symbols of authority is so called buława, a kind of ceremonial mace or baton, wielded by Polish hetmans and currently being a symbol of Marshall of Poland, a rank that was held by Piłsudski, for instance.
