Okay neither "taint" nor "perineum" say anything to me but if you're referring to the blank area between the would be anus and genitalia, shouldn't posts such as https://e621.net/posts/2461262 also be tagged explicit due to having a focus on the "perineum" ? Or am I Misunderstanding something

Yes, yes it should be (and now is) - I've yet to see it because perineum wasn't tagged

I don't crawl through all the posts to fix ratings, I just go through specific tags and fix stuff there, a lot easier to do
Especially when a tag is defined as ALWAYS being explicit, like perineum
