Unlike rogue which is common in games, rouge is hardly a word you see arround (unless you use make up) and the brain tends to rearrange letters into a word you know. It didn't help that for a spanish speaker, rouge is spelt the way rogue sounds

I think this is the first time I've seen someone draw an art piece lampooning one of the most frequent (and IMHO annoying) misspellings of Rouge's name.
