I think the first line is implying drawn like that figurine, in a more seductive pose?
Next line is surprisingly accurately translated by machine? "So I started drawing Fubin-chan." Structure is simple, so probably why.

A lot of words with "チョロ" seem to be phonetic? "チョ" is beginning of "Chocolate", etc. I can't seem to find any good info on "Choloin" using these tools. :(
