Here's a few things I can think of:
-Sadistic pleasure
-They were hired to ruin Tini's life and career as revenge.
-The Beheeyem was testing it's psychic brainwashing abilities while disregarding the harm on others it would cause.

Tini is a big figure in his area as he's undefeated for about 538 rounds.

All this is happening where he lives since before Tini's mind is fucked over badly is when Levinsky came in since they were the ones to insult him due to being a shiny type and looking like a 'female'.

Maybe the Psychic Party sent the Beheeyem and let them do the whole brainwashing on their own... or they were the one who planned it out. Since Nonspon can tell that Tini's mind was altered, wanting to publish of what her species and what they can but it has to be under a different name because it won't fit what the Psychic Party wants to put out.
