Pretty sure several / many species throughout the galaxy. Especially for carbon based lifeforms and Terrestrial planets. We certainly do know - essentially that the [ Convergent Evolution ] is the Game. We have it now; we had it several times in our worlds biological history. So... bipedalism and especially hand grasping abilities are also vital for a successful sapience evolution.
There is a reason - despite their rather considerable intelligence - that the entirely aquatic species like cetaceans and octopi ( this one js overexaggrated - it has severely short lifespan ) never be able to built any civilazation.
