Actually, that would not technically be a cloaca, but something in between. If the vents were totally seperate, then neither is a cloaca. But, in a cloaca, there are no labia or perineum. The genital opening is inside the anal opening toward the ventral side (note the names "vent" and "ventral", they're related). A hemi cloaca? Not sure what the proper term would be :P
