Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.
Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

I’m also not sure about the rape and forced tags. I’m the person who commissioned it(can verify with discord screenshots of my communications)- and this was suppose to be rough, but she signed up to be the public anal toy. I didn’t want this to be a rape pic, and as per my and the artists conversations, it wasn’t intended to be rape.
Should the tag be removed, as it isn’t rape, or does it have to stay because it looks like rape?

About the rape/forced tags: The rule is that lore/backstory should have no bearing on general tags. If a reasonable person with no context other than the image itself would construe it as rape, it should be tagged with rape. But this website has a lot of rough sex, and it's hard to draw a line in the sand. I lean towards replacing the rape tag for the chain collar, but you could argue the kiss_marks on the penis indicate consent. If it really matters to you to remove the tag, I won't fight you over it.

MemberIt’s alright, I know every site has their own tagging guidelines. I guess the rape can stay, as I assume it’s a common blacklisted tag, and I wouldn’t want anyone to be subjected to what looks like rape
