    Cats are obligate carnivores, They must eat meat to survive. So there taste buds evolved to accommodate this.
    So to force them to seek out what they need in their diet. They really enjoy meat.
    Other things like fruits they get no, or little reward for.

    Just like humans. We taste for things we like to feed our diet. We need salt, sweet, meaty or umami. So we are rewarded as such.
    Sour, bitter, hot-cold can be a deterrent.
    The only reason they eat dry cat food is a trick. They flavor it like meat, to get them to eat it. It's nothing but a filler.

    The main cause for this above is a reward system that gives and protects us.
    Sour bitter things could harm us.

    TL;DR They eat meat cause good for them, Body gives no reward for sweet.
    She tastes no sweet so she only tastes sour and bitter from the juice.
