    But her name is Akino, am I missing something? maybe Shuri is someone else like the other cheetah that talks to akino earlier in this series?

    Name is probably Akino Shuri. First name being family name and all that, and usually refers to her by that, but since he is talking to her father, uses her given name instead.

    My theory after this is that the father is probably either gonna be like "what? You don't think she's good enough?! How dare you! Date my perfect daughter!"

    Or he's gonna be like "oh no, my daughter has a crush on this guy but he not only doesn't acknowledge it but doesn't even see her as a friend! She'll be heart broken! Whatever shall I do!?"

    This reminds me of something I had to go back to the first one and apparently he stood up for her once or twice against some bullies and now she's basically trying to make him notice her. I get the feeling that he's so thick headed that he thinks she's hazing him
