Constructive criticism, eh? Well, there's a couple of things I noticed that could be improved.

1) When the maned wolf starts to speed up his thrusts, it doesn't look natural. It's more like the footage is sped up, rather than him.

2) The cheetah girl's grunts during the orgasm don't match her facial expression. Perhaps have her expression be a little more pained? In a good way, like gritted teeth through a smile or something?

Otherwise, looks pretty solid to me. Didn't notice any clipping, and the cum doesn't look too runny for its volume. You did pretty good here.

Truly a wonder, for a first animation it looks like you've been doing it for a while.

Bit of feedback:
Tail physics can be touched up a bit if you wish to make it less... Static.
Characters look fine and the facial animations are also good, could be improved upon with a little more experience.

I agree too, good animation, also, small tidbit but..... That maned wolf is cumming from the wrong part of his cock, the centre of a canine cock isn't the hole, the tip of the pointy bit is, but again, like you said, the cum itself looks good and the animation itself is pretty good too :3

This is a really great animation, and I especially loved the way he grabbed her tail before he knotted her.
In terms of constructive criticism, the only thing I can offer is that both of their tails looked a little stiff, and the cheetahs looks a bit broken in a spot or two.
If this really is your first fully fledged animation, then I'm excited to see what you do in the future.

Going to be honest, I was more focused on the fact that that is the carpet from The Shining
Yes, some of these are more nit-picks than others, I'm just pointing out:

• I get what you're going for at the 0:11-0:15 mark, but the reflection from the window is a little too strong and blocking most of the shot.. but that could technically just be "bad camera angle" depending on how your rendering engine and lighting are set up.
• Nice details on the pussy drips, but I'm assuming they're just animated particles, not fluids... given that they seem to be removed from existence when hitting the floor.
• The only other two issues I can really see are the rather unnaturally stilted and rapid movements when he speeds up, and the facial animations, both points I do think others have brought up to a satisfactory degree.

Other than that, great work.

For a first animation it's pretty damn good.

I definitely loved the warm and welcoming lighting in this.
Unsure how I feel about the style with the characters, something seemed off, especially at 0:45.
I can't really be specific/helpful.
It's a bit of their overall shape, but mainly their faces and the size of their head compared to their bodies... I don't know.
So sadly when it comes to criticising the design of the characters, I don't think I'll be very informative there.

For the climax at 0:55 I noticed at the start that the liquid simulation clipped through, but after that, the rest seemed good.
I'm someone who's very picky with cum in 3D animations, in SFM I see a lot of people rely on a particle effect that has no collision, and in Blender I mostly see the same type of fluid simulations that have the hydrophobic-like affect, no stickiness, no mass or weight.

And now for the "cheap sound effects" you used.
Good use of the ambience, especially when shifting perspectives.
As for the slapping SFXs, they seem well-timed. If you have a decent mic and are interested in creating your own, it's quite easy.
Just some hand lotion for the exaggerated squishy sounds with your hands.
And for the slap sounds themselves, just simply slapping a part of your body to simulate the sound of impact, many parts of your body could work, forearm, chest, what ever gives a deep slap that sounds less like a Clap between your hands and more like the sounds of two thick bodies colliding. That's how I made my own SFXs.

Now when it comes to actors/actress's, I'm afraid I don't have any advice when it comes to looking for and hiring/commissioning someone.
I am however a part of two discord servers that might be a good place to look, if you're interested in that.
"Voice Acting Community" and "Voice Acting Club" were the names.

Speaking of which, I should be used to this by now, but I still get caught off guard when I suddenly here my old voice clips at 0:49 those are old moans of mine I did for ZonkPunch in his "Sex On The Beach" animation, those particular ones seem to be a favourite it seems.

In canines this is true because the knot is not inflated when it goes in. However, in the case of this video, the knot was already inflated on insertion. If it can go in inflated, it can come out inflated.
