Sneasler is the Hisuian evolution for Sneasel similar to how Purrserker was the Galarian evolution for Meowth. Instead of having it evolve into the same evolution Pokémon with a regional variant, it evolved into a different Pokémon entirely.

I think the new pokemon game may allow you to transfer them to the game, but I'm not sure. I could be wrong and if so please correct me! (New pokemon game as in gen 9 which isnt out yet)

I've heard talk that Scarlett and Violet will possibly have Hisuian forms. I think someone also said they think the gimmick for Gen 9 is gonna pertain to time travel or something time related...which could explain why one of the professors seem to be more "futuristic" than the other. Could also explain the legendaries and why one seems more prehistoric like a dinosaur and the other seems more futuristic like a living protogen/jet thing.

One advantage he has due to their size is finding the clitoris is far simpler.

Which mean that Sneasal (Hisuian) is the original form and when Johto and Sinnoh merged for a brief time (canon) the Sneasal left Sinnoh for Johto
